The challenge
The starting problem
In April 2026, the European Commission marked 40 years of Spanish and Portuguese as official languages of the Union. For this celebration at the Bech building in Luxembourg, the event had to be organised end to end, catering included, in an institutional setting that leaves no room for rough edges.

We managed the event and its catering service: preparation beforehand, coordination with the Commission's teams, the running order of the day and on-site oversight throughout the celebration.
